Copper+Argentium Silver+Navajo Pearl+Hand Fabricated Rustic Western Earrings
Inspired by the Navajo Pearl, I made these hollow copper beads by cutting disks from copper, doming them, and soldering the seam. It is a time-consuming, but rewarding task, and I am so thrilled with how these earrings look.
I went with the western/southwestern theme, and made little copper dangles with heavy texture, combining everything with hand twisted wire 'rope'! These are SO cowgirl/southwest couture!
These earrings are NOT sealed, but rather left to continue the natural aging process - becoming more beautiful as time passes.
These earrings hang on my hand forged 20 gauge Argentium (93.5) Silver ear wires.
Total Length: 2 and 1/4 inches - lightweight, chimy, swingy!
