I strive to create each piece of jewelry with complete attention to design and quality. 
All sales are final. 
I encourage you to read item descriptions carefully, and contact me with any questions you may have PRIOR to making a purchase! If you need additional photos or measurements of an item, I can, in most cases, accommodate you! This is the joy and convenience of shopping with small business owners and artisans!
However, I will happily discuss an exchange if I receive a request within 2 weeks of you receiving the jewelry. Please contact me via email (fill out the form on the 'Contact Us' page) to initiate any sort of exchange. Applicable charges may occur and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If a repair is needed during the life of the piece and I am able to repair it, I will do so with relevant charges for time and materials. Note it is very hard to find matching replacement stones.

Please be aware of your countries policies regarding importing purchased goods. Some countries charge a fee after the shipment delivery. Azteca Designs Boutique is not responsible for any import fees of any kind, and refunds for refused/returned packages will NOT be issued.

The shipping cost that is listed with each item includes FIRST CLASS postal shipping and a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail, please contact me prior to check-out with the item name so that I can adjust the shipping rate. Otherwise, your purchase will be shipped First Class.
