However, I will happily discuss an exchange if I receive a request within 2 weeks of you receiving the jewelry. Please contact me via email (fill out the form on the 'Contact Us' page) to initiate any sort of exchange. Applicable charges may occur and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If a repair is needed during the life of the piece and I am able to repair it, I will do so with relevant charges for time and materials. Note it is very hard to find matching replacement stones.

The shipping cost that is listed with each item includes FIRST CLASS postal shipping and a tracking number. If you wish to upgrade to Priority Mail, please contact me prior to check-out with the item name so that I can adjust the shipping rate. Otherwise, your purchase will be shipped First Class.
